Open daily from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Arcane Tattoo Studio offers both walk-in availability and scheduled appointments. Consultations are welcomed and encouraged to ensure that every piece is thoughtfully designed and aligned with the client’s vision. The studio also offers flexible payment options, including Afterpay, making professional tattoo work more accessible.
Booking Your Tattoo Appointment
The first step in getting your dream ink is to contact the studio and let us know the design you are after.
We need to know the size, placement, and level of detail for the design, and if you want it in black and grey or colour. If you have a specific artist in mind, this is good to let us know as well, but we can connect you with an artist if you are unsure. Lastly, give us an idea of when you were looking at getting the tattoo done. We can organise a booking time that works for everyone.
A non-refundable deposit is required to lock in an appointment, which is a percentage of the price of the overall tattoo. This means that more expensive tattoos require a larger deposit. Preparation: Before Your Tattoo Appointment
Please come in with a full stomach, and make sure you are drinking plenty of water and staying hydrated.
We cannot tattoo you if you are under the influence of alcohol or other drugs, or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
The body needs to be in the best shape possible to heal the tattoo well, so make sure you are feeling healthy and energetic before your appointment!
You’ll also need to complete & sign our Tattoo Consent Form.
During Your Tattoo Appointment
We have water and lollipops available, and access to privacy if required.
Clients can lay back and relax while the artist does their work! If you’re bringing a friend along, they will have to wait in the comfy area at the front of the studio.
Aftercare: Looking After Your New Tattoo
Looking after your new tattoo properly (known as ‘Aftercare’) is essential for ensuring your tattoo heals properly, without scabbing, and without losing pigment.
Taking care of it properly in the first 2 days and continuing for 4 weeks after the appointment will help make sure your tattoo looks great for years to come!
In the first 48 hours following your appointment, you’ll need to keep your tattoo covered with the Snake-skin we apply at your appointment – it acts like a second skin and protects your tattoo from water, elemental exposure, and prevents scabbing.
